First Friday Frequency is a co-facilitated breath and sound journey led by Kristin Adams (Satori Minds) and Benina (Elevated Energy).
November’s theme, Grief & Gratitude, invites you to let your breath move what words cannot, softening sorrow and opening space for gratitude to flow in as medicine for the heart.

Absolutely! While many people choose to lie down for their breathwork session, you are welcome to do it from a seated position on the floor with your back against the wall or in a chair if that feels more comfortable. Most importantly, you feel supported and at ease during the session.

It’s completely normal to feel a bit nervous, especially if this is your first time trying breathwork. Come with an open mind and release your inner critic. You can’t get it wrong! This style of breathwork is simple and intuitive; all you need to do is keep breathing. Kristin will guide you gently and support you throughout the entire session, making it a safe and empowering experience.
