We understand that plans can change.

All group breathwork ceremonies and private breathwork sessions are prepaid in advance. The following policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. Please communicate all cancellation or rescheduling requests to hello@satoriminds.com or by text to Kristin at 415-623-4569.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled group or private session. Your payment will be credited and may be applied to a future group ceremony or private session within two months of the original booking.

Cancellations

If you cancel your session with no intention of rescheduling and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable, as space is reserved specifically for you and cannot typically be filled on short notice.
