We understand that plans can change.

All group breathwork ceremonies and private breathwork sessions are prepaid in advance. The following policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. Please communicate all cancellation or rescheduling requests to hello@satoriminds.com or by text to Kristin at 415-623-4569.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled group or private session.

A new session date must be confirmed at the time of rescheduling. If we are unable to agree on a new date within two months of the original booking, your payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method, and you may book a new session at a later time when you’re ready.

Cancellations

If you cancel your session with no intention of rescheduling and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable, as space is reserved specifically for you and cannot typically be filled on short notice.
