We understand that plans can change.

All group breathwork ceremonies and private breathwork sessions are prepaid in advance. The following policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. Please communicate all cancellation or rescheduling requests to hello@satoriminds.com or by text to Kristin at 415-623-4569.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a private breathwork session, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your session.

A new session date must be confirmed when rescheduling. If we are unable to agree on a new date within two months of the original booking date, your payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method, and you may book a new session at a later date when you’re ready.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled Clarity Breathwork private session or group ceremony will be refunded in full.

Late Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

Last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session or group ceremony, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your space is reserved specifically for you and cannot be filled on short notice if you cancel at the last minute.
