cancellation policy

LATE ARRIVALS
You are 100% responsible for showing up to your scheduled class or appointment on time and prepared. The class or session will officially begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival to an already underway class is very disruptive to the class attendees and the facilitator. For this reason, we lock classes 10 minutes after the posted start time for both online and in-person sessions. We consider arrivals more than 10 minutes into a class as a No Show / Late Cancellation. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to a group class you will not be granted entry, and you will forfeit your class fee.

Late arrivals to scheduled private sessions will start when the client arrives and end at the regular scheduled time. No refunds will be provided for the amount of time missed due to a late arrival to the scheduled private session.

NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION
You are 100% responsible for your appointment fee if you ‘no show,’ miss an appointment, or cancel without 24 hours’ notice.  We kindly request that you make every effort to inform us in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment, and we will be happy to arrange an alternative time for you.

CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
At Satori Minds Breathwork, we are committed to providing you with the best experience during our breathwork classes and private sessions. A canceled or delayed appointment can disrupt our schedule and inconvenience other clients. As such, we kindly request that you adhere to our cancellation policy:

  • Notice Period: To respect your facilitator and fellow clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. We greatly appreciate more extended notice whenever possible, as it allows us to accommodate other clients who may need that time slot.

  • No Show/Late Cancel Impact: When an appointment is no-showed or canceled without adequate notice, it affects not only you but also your instructor and another client who might have used that time.

WHEN THE NO-SHOW/LATE CANCEL FEE IS WAIVED
The only exceptions to this policy are for serious or contagious illnesses and emergencies. We offer one grace period for these exceptional circumstances every six months. Some examples of emergencies include accidents, family bereavements, or severe illnesses. Please note that work-related issues do not constitute emergencies. This policy applies even if missing the appointment was unintentional. In cases of inclement weather, sessions can be conducted by phone or video (for individual sessions), and payment for such sessions is required upfront.

FREQUENT CANCELLATIONS OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Frequent cancellations (3 or more in 6 months or 2 consecutive) and/or missed appointments (no-shows) will lead to the termination of sessions. If you have recurring appointments, the next scheduled session will remain on the calendar. To avoid losing your session payment due to a No Show/Late Cancel, please email, call, or text 24 hours in advance if you cancel that appointment.  The recurring appointments will be removed after the second consecutive No Show/Late Cancel.

Please note that while we may send you text or email reminders about upcoming appointments, it remains your responsibility to attend scheduled sessions on time. Ensure we have your updated contact information, and inform us of any changes. After 2 consecutive cancellations or no-shows, you will not be able to schedule another appointment and will be referred to another provider.

FEES FOR NO-SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS
No-Show Fees: All classes and sessions are prepaid. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notice, you will not be refunded for the cost of that session for the no-show session.

Late Cancellation Fees: Any session canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded the cost of that class or session, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Repeated late cancellations (more than two) may result in the termination of our work together.

HOW 24-HOUR NOTICE WORKS
You sign up and confirm a specific class or private session time on our online calendar or with the facilitator. In order to stay within the 24-hour notice to recoup the cost of your session you must give notice that you will miss the session 24 hours or more before that session or class start time.

As an example, if your appointment is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, you will need to provide notice by 3:00 p.m. on Monday at the latest.

WAIT TIME/GRACE PERIOD
Please arrive promptly to ensure that classes and sessions run smoothly and on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your class, we will need to reschedule it, and you will be responsible for the cost of the class. Both the facilitator and client have a grace period of 10 minutes.

THANK YOU!
We value you as a client and look forward to helping you on your journey. Your understanding of your obligations outlined in this policy and your consistency with your commitment to your evolution are essential for a successful breathwork experience.

Thank you for entrusting us with your well-being, and we are excited to embark on this breathwork journey with you!
