This is a gentle, facilitator-led breathing journey designed for nervous system regulation and emotional release. We move slowly. We listen to your body. We let the breath do the heavy lifting.

What to expect

Your 2-hour breathwork session includes:

  • Arrival, grounding + real talk ~40 min
    We slow down together. You share what’s true: what you’re holding, what you need, what hurts, what you’re grieving, and the dynamics around it. I offer presence, reflective listening, and gentle inquiry. This is not therapy. It’s spacious, trauma-aware safe space holding so you can speak your truth and allow everything that you are holding to emerge into your conscious awareness.

  • Clarity Breathwork (Conscious, Connected Breathing) ~50 min
    Guided transformational breathwork journey to soothe the nervous system, release what’s heavy, and reconnect with inner clarity.

  • Integration + reflection ~25 min
    Noticing what landed, what’s shifted, naming new moments of clarity and insight gained during your breathwork session, and simple next steps to support your aftercare.

  • Gentle re-entry buffer ~5 min
