Empowering Employee Wellness

Is Corporate Breathwork right for your team? In today's intense corporate landscape, the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of your employees directly impacts the success of your organization. You understand the intricate balance between employee stress levels, mental health, productivity, and the bottom line. That's why we're excited to introduce you to the transformative power of breathwork to your organization.

why choose corporate breathwork?

Integrating breathwork into organizational practices offers a proven, cost-effective solution for reducing stress, improving mental well-being, and enhancing overall productivity and employee engagement.

Stress is a universal challenge faced by employees across industries. It affects their well-being and performance and impacts your company's revenues. Employees struggle to focus, feel fatigued and are more prone to illness when stressed. This translates into decreased productivity and increased costs due to absenteeism, higher health insurance rates, and overall reduced employee engagement.

  • There’s a saying in the mindfulness community, “What fires together, wires together.” Nerve cells that are repeatedly activated at the same time strengthen a connection. In other words, the more often two neurons are simultaneously active, the more likely they are to develop a stronger synaptic connection, which is the basis for learning and memory formation in the brain.

Stress is a habit of the nervous system that is practiced over time. Team dynamics are the nervous system of your company. What is practiced strengthens.

State changes from “stressed to calm” are fun (and relieving!) but to truly experience a stage change to a different way of being requires consistency and practice. This is why we offer 6-week Corporate Breathwork Team Challenges four times a year.

A 6-week Corporate Breathwork team challenge is a structured online, live program designed to enhance well-being, productivity, and teamwork among employees through the practice of breathwork techniques. During this challenge, participants engage in regular breathwork sessions tailored to their needs, guided by experienced, certified breathwork practitioners.

    The Breathwork Challenges include:

Weekly Sessions: Participants attend live, online scheduled breathwork sessions, where they learn and practice various breathing techniques aimed at reducing stress, promoting relaxation, improving focus, and enhancing overall well-being. All live sessions are available as recordings if participants can’t attend.

Customized Programs: The breathwork challenge can be tailored to specific goals or themes, such as stress reduction, creativity enhancement, or resilience.

Team Building Activities: The challenge is a natural team-building experience that encourages participation, communication, and mutual support among team members, fostering a positive and cohesive team environment.

Progress Tracking: Participants track their progress throughout the challenge, monitoring improvements in their mental and physical well-being, stress levels, productivity, and overall engagement at work and home.

Educational Resources: The challenge provides additional educational resources, such as articles, and suggested reading, on breathwork techniques, mindfulness, and well-being practices. This helps participants deepen their understanding of breathwork and its benefits.

Supportive Community: Participants become part of a supportive community of colleagues who share similar goals and experiences. This sense of camaraderie and encouragement motivates participants to stay committed to their breathwork practice and overall well-being.

  • Our Corporate Breathwork Stress Management Workshops are focused online or in-person sessions designed to equip your team with practical tools, functional breathing and mindfulness techniques to effectively manage stress and promote well-being using the power of breath. These workshops are conducted by experienced breathwork practitioners who guide participants through various breathwork exercises and mindfulness practices.

Here's what you can expect from a Corporate Breathwork Stress Management Workshop:

Education and Understanding: The workshop begins with an overview of stress and its impact on mental, emotional, and physical health. Participants gain insights into the physiology of stress and how breathwork and mindfulness can help regulate the body's stress response.

Breathwork Techniques: Participants are introduced to a range of breathwork techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing, rhythmic breathing, and mindful breathing. These techniques are designed to promote relaxation, calm the mind, create clarity and focus before meetings, high stakes conversations, and speaking events, reduce anxiety and even help them fall asleep faster.

Guided Practice: The workshop includes guided breathwork sessions where participants practice the techniques they've learned. Practitioners provide instructions and guidance to help your team experience the effects of conscious breathing firsthand.

Mindfulness Practices: In addition to breathwork, mindfulness practices may be incorporated into the workshop. These practices help participants cultivate present-moment awareness, enhance focus, and develop resilience in the face of stressors.

Stress Management Strategies: Participants learn practical stress management strategies that complement breathwork, such as progressive muscle relaxation, visualization, positive affirmations, and self-care techniques.

Group Discussion and Sharing: The workshop often includes opportunities for group discussion, reflection, and sharing of experiences. Participants can ask questions, share insights, and learn from each other's perspectives.

Take-Home Resources: Participants receive resources and materials to support their ongoing practice of breathwork and stress management. This may include guided meditation recordings, breathing exercises handouts, and tips for integrating mindfulness into daily life.

This Breathwork Stress Management Workshop provides your team with valuable skills and strategies to effectively cope with stress, improve resilience, and foster a sense of calm and well-being. It empowers individuals to take control of their mental health and create healthier habits for a more balanced and fulfilling life.

  • In a 2-Hour Clarity Breathwork Workshop tailored for corporate teams, participants can expect a structured and transformative experience aimed at fostering alignment, focus, and goal achievement within the team, all while achieving a deep, full bodied experience of stress relief and relaxation.

The session begins with an introduction to breathwork, the science behind it and the technique itself. This is followed by a 20-minute discussion where team members explore current challenges, aspirations, and team goals.

Following the discussion, the session transitions into a 50-minute active breathing phase guided by an experienced breathwork facilitator. Specific breathing techniques are used to access deep states of awareness, tap into new clarity and problem solving, and promote profound team transformation.

The active breathing segment is where the transformative magic happens. By creating space for clarity, acceptance, and alignment with team goals, participants open the door to powerful insights and enhanced team cohesion.

As the session nears its conclusion, the last 20 minutes are dedicated to a gentle transition out of active breathing. Team members are encouraged to journal their experiences, insights, and action plans that emerged during the session. Sharing these insights fosters deeper team integration and goal alignment.

Post-session follow-up includes reminders and support to help teams apply the gained insights and maintain focus on shared goals, ensuring lasting benefits from the Clarity Breathwork team-building experience.
