By participating in any Satori Minds Breathwork event, session, or experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Consent to Record
   I hereby grant permission to Satori Minds Breathwork and Satori Minds, Inc., to capture my image, voice, and likeness through photography, videography, or audio recordings during the event(s) I attend.

2. Use of Materials
   I understand that these recordings may be used—with care, integrity, and reverence—for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes across various platforms, including websites, social media, print, and future Satori Minds offerings. All use will reflect the values and spirit of this work.

3. Respect and Discretion
   Satori Minds will use images and footage with discernment and compassion, and any materials shared will honor the sacred, healing nature of the breathwork experience. My image will never be used in a way that is exploitative, demeaning, or out of context.

4. Opting Out (Your Choice is Respected)
   If I prefer not to be recorded or photographed, I agree to notify Satori Minds in writing before the event by emailing hello@satoriminds.com with my name and ticket confirmation number. My privacy will be honored, and reasonable steps will be taken to ensure I am not included in shared media. This request does not affect my ability to fully participate in the session.

5. Voluntary Agreement
   I give this consent freely and without expectation of compensation. I release Satori Minds, Inc. from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the authorized use of my image and likeness as described above.

By completing my ticket purchase through this website, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and willingly agree to the terms outlined in the Visual Media Consent.
