What Makes This Session Special 

This is a calm, guided reset led by Hyun Pak and Kristin Adams. Immersive live sound bath eases your body into relaxation, then simple, coached Clarity Breathwork helps your system shift out of stress and into clarity. The entire experience is fully guided and low-pressure, offering a reliable way to feel better and MUCH more relaxed in 90 minutes.

This Session is Designed For

  • Anyone seeking an easy way to release stress quickly

  • Those holding grief or chronic emotional tension

  • Anyone navigating transition, work stress, burnout, or general tension

  • Those ready to shift from doing into being.

What You’ll Receive

Arrival + Introductions → Opening Sound Bath → Conscious Connected Clarity Breathwork → Closing Sound Bath → Integration + Sharing
