What Makes This Session Special
This isn’t just another online breathwork ceremony. It’s a sacred space, guided by two experienced breathwork practitioners, me (Kristin Adams) from Satori Minds Breathwork and Barb Caudill from Breathing Life into Grief. Both Barb and I are deeply committed to creating safety, presence, and genuine transformation with the medicine of the breath.
Together, we weave our strengths, blending grounded facilitation, intuitive guidance, and a trauma-informed approach to breath.
This ceremony is crafted for those navigating the weight of emotion, quiet grief, or invisible overwhelm and for anyone who needs a reminder that healing is possible and hope is alive within them.
In this 90-minute experience, you’ll be gently guided through:
A grounding opening to land in your body
Somatic breathwork to release what’s been held too long
Moments of stillness and reflection to reconnect with your truth
Integration space to honor what emerges with care
This is not performance. This is an invitation to return to breath, to life, and to the quiet knowing that you are not alone.

Testimonials ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Kristin Adams’ Breathwork:
"My breathwork experience with Kristin was amazing! This was my first time doing a breathwork class, but she guided me through it, and I found an incredible sense of peace and relaxation at the end of the session! I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for relief from anxiety and stress, or just overall self-care!" - Rob
“As a skeptic, I didn't see the connection between Breathwork and Mental Health at first. Boy, was I wrong! I was gob-smacked by the session. Kristin is a wonderful facilitator. She has the ability to create a safe, sacred, and healing space that I needed to get the full experience. Her message is simple, loving kindness and compassion. After the session, I felt a whole lot better, so much more relaxed, more energetic, and feeling so much happier. I felt a profound sense of peace. Others around me were able to notice the change just by looking at my body language, and without me uttering a single word. Thank you, Kristin, for guiding my journey into Clarity Breathwork. Your professionalism and knowledge of the subject are appreciated. I am curious and encouraged to delve deeper.” - Hani
“I went into my first Breathwork session skeptical but with an open mind and heart. To say that it changed my life is an understatement. The short, one-hour session alone helped surface emotions I had deliberately been avoiding and pushing away deep within myself. I walked away with an enormous sense of peace, as if a thousand lbs had been lifted off my shoulders. What an incredible experience Kristin gave me. I can not wait to work with her again!” - Marcella
Barb Caudill’s Breathwork:
“There are not enough words or pages to describe the gratitude I have for meeting and working with Barb. She has an incredibly nurturing, passionate, and empowering presence about her that left me feeling incredibly safe and held in her arms. As a young woman who has experienced what felt like a lifetime of unsafety, uncertainty, and distrust in the world, meeting Barb was like opening myself up to this whole other world of appreciation, trust in myself and others, and knowing what it truly means to be cared for by another person. She truly speaks from her heart and moves with the rhythms of nature as well as to the beat of her own drum. I feel so deeply with the knowing that when you meet Barb, it is because you were meant to meet her. There is such a purpose in her presence with every person she encounters.” - Kenzie
“I received a breath work session from Barb, which was a beautiful and wonderful experience. More importantly, the guidance and support she provided during and after the session helped my body to unblock and release certain stuck energies, and also to convert them into healing on a deeper level. The breath work session itself was very sacred, special, and provided my body and spirit with lots of ease and calmness, which appears to be lasting. I highly recommend Barb to anyone who will allow sacred breath work to be an additional part of their healing journey. “ - Peter
“I recently had a private breathwork session with Barb, and it was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. As someone who teaches meditation, I often feel like I’m “not good” at actually doing it myself, but Barb made me feel completely at ease from the start. She walked me through the session in a way that felt safe, supportive, and effortless. The time flew by, and by the end, I felt deeply relaxed. Things that had been triggering my anxiety felt lighter, and I was finally able to address them without spiraling or overthinking. It was powerful, grounding, and exactly what I needed.” - Becky
